Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if I exceed my RAM allocation?

Your server will be throttled rather than shut down. You'll get a notification to upgrade your plan if usage is consistently high.
